A beautiful, honest and complicated tale of finding yourself through someone else. There are beautiful tender as well as bittersweet performances from leads Calvin Picou & Jason Alan Clark-plenty of levity too from the ensemble (especially from one Clay von Carlowitz as Malcom) Sharp dialogue. Beautifully photographed. Well directed by the soulful Omar Salas Zamora. I not only highly recommend but will continue to seek out more from this creative team.

The best thing about "Here comes your man" is how real it feels. It's not the average, sugar-coated dramedy about two men falling in love after a hook-up. Instead, it's an honest depiction of what happens when two people fell in and out of love. One of them just came out of the closet and goes directly into a relationship with someone who clearly has lived and experienced more. This creates a dissonance between both. While one wants to "taste" everything, the other wants to commit. Their expectations of a life together are diminished because maybe they aren't into each other as they thought they were, but they do recognize some love and respect between them. The movie depends on the two leads; both are really good and have good chemistry on screen.
A good one if you are into gay-themed movies.
