@TheCheekyTaurus Why not T-Mobile? I've been with them since I was 17 (even while I worked for at&t) as nd customer service is great. And I've actually watched the network improve drastically over the past decade. Of course depends on your area I guess. My Verizon phone gets horrible reception

@TMobileHelp Why doesn't SMS ride on Wi-Fi when you have no cell signal? We've been through this service coverage stuff way too many times now. It's not my job to work this hard for a company I'M PAYING. And my bill isn't even less than it was at @ATTHelp. So what's the point?

@TMobile @TMobileHelp Why can I make a call on Wi-Fi but SMS can't get out? As usual, network letting me down. In cafeteria at @EvergreenHosp with two bars and texts won't send. No biggie, wife about to go into labor any min. Totally not important that my phone works.

@gwestr Dense urban downtown here, no difference here with @ATT, just horrible battery life. For having faked us on “5GE” for years, I’m so done. I hear T-Mobile is better so might be able to switch.

@TMobileHelp i opened a prepaid line through the esim iPhone app. It charged my credit card, gave me a phone number but it never downloaded the esim to my iPhone XR . How does the esim gets to my phone?

@TMobile have resolved most of the network issues anywhere I have been, plus the flight internet and international roaming mean it’s a “no worries” plan. Plus we are the same, 4 lines for the cost of 2 on @ATT and no hidden fees.

We switched from ATT to T-Mobile last year because we didn’t have service in our apartment. Now @call_me_rory’s sister who’s on our plan doesn’t have service in her house. Guess we try Verizon next 🤷🏻

@TMobile I told one of your reps I needed to cancel my account. He said I have to talk to someone verbally on the phone. I informed him due to medical issues I was not able to do so. He said that's too bad because it's your only option.Can you verify this flaw?
