After countless changes I’ve given @TMobile to fix my account they completely F-ED up? I’m gone after almost 10 years of faithful and on time payments this is what I get? I advise everyone check an double check your account they are deliberately stealing your money. @Verizon next

I have never seen a merge that benefits the customer.I have been a Sprint customer for 23 years. Since the merge with .@TMobile I have nothing but problems & overcharge.Customers service never put anything in writing, and never fix anythingIFYOU DONT HAVE @TMobile STAY AWAY!!

@TMobile I told one of your reps I needed to cancel my account. He said I have to talk to someone verbally on the phone. I informed him due to medical issues I was not able to do so. He said that's too bad because it's your only option.Can you verify this flaw?

I've wasted 9+ HRS in the past 2 days dealing with @boostmobile to fix my son's phone after the Sim was replaced (twice) by a boost retail employee. Talked to more than a dozen people at boost care and tech support.. it's still broken. @stokols Any good deals @TMobile ?

@CatgirlIsLit I do know that on iPhone it kinda kills the value (if it wasn’t already a terrible value) because they stubbornly only allow their iPhone users to access the T-Mobile network (with no access to legacy Sprint sites at that, plus no U.S. Cellular access at all)

oh yea awesome job @TMobile "fixing" my connection until im mid stream and the connection again turns to absolute garbage....seriously contemplating calling @Verizon ...im one of 16 ppl on the tower and am told i should have a golden connection.....starting to rethink it

Just got off the phone with @tmobile support. They were able to get something taken care of within a few minutes. Additionally, I was informed I have been a T-Mobile customer for 16Y 3M and 7days. WOW, that is a long time to be with a single carrier.

@TMobile well your customer service sucks and I’ve only been with you a short time. You text me an offer but when I get to the store you won’t honor the offer even though it’s in my text feed from you. Now that line with go off line at the end of the month.

@TMobileHelp Hi Dan. I’m in Downtown San Antonio with a blank space where my signal usually is. That’s exactly what’s going on. If it weren’t for public Wi-Fi, I wouldn’t be able to tweet this. San Antonio is a pretty well populated city. Maybe get better service here.
